Open Position: Head of Growth and Digital Marketing
We are looking for a senior professional to lead all commercial and marketing efforts at [DOING_BUSINESS_AS]. This is not a support role — it is a leadership position with direct ownership of how the platform reaches patients and providers across multiple markets.
What You Will Own
Go-to-market strategy. Define and execute how [DOING_BUSINESS_AS] acquires users — both patients and healthcare providers — across our launch markets.
Digital marketing. Plan and run campaigns across search, social media, content marketing, email, and partnerships. You decide the channels, the messaging, and the budget allocation.
Brand positioning. Shape how [DOING_BUSINESS_AS] is perceived in each market. Adapt messaging to local healthcare cultures across the United States, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, and Argentina.

You are a strong fit if you are comfortable building from zero. There is no existing marketing team, no legacy campaigns to inherit, and no playbook to follow. You will create the playbook. That means you need to be equally comfortable with strategy and execution — someone who can write a campaign brief in the morning and set up tracking pixels in the afternoon.
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is a significant advantage, given our multi-market presence.
Compensation: Equity Partnership
